Holiday Pumpkin Cake
Ingredients:
1 pkg Duncan Hines spice cake mix
1 can (1 lb) pumkin
1/2 Cup brown sugar
1/2 cup oil (Wesson)
3 eggs
1/2 cup chopped nuts
What To Do:
Mix all together and blend at a low speed for 1 min. then at medium speed for two minutes. Spread in greased pan 13x9x2
Topping Ingredients:
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/4 softened margarine
1/2 t. cinnamon
Mix and sprinkle over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes
