Balloon Ghost
This can make for a wonderful Halloween decoration. As you can tell my diagram drawing skills need some work, :) but I think you'll get the idea. If you make a balloon ghost and would like to submit a photo, to show others your work, please send your photo to: [email protected] Place the craft title in the subject title. Attach the photo, Give a description and the name to would like me to credit in the body of the email. (please remember this is a public website, no photos of yourself, your child, ONLY the finished craft. And Do NOT give out your personal information, a first and last initial and state is all that used to credit your photos)
SUPPLIES NEEDED:
String (to hang the ghost, any length you desire)
A black marker
2(per-ghost) plastic white (plain if possible) grocery or garbage bags (I found those little cheap dollar store garbage bags work just as well sense you only really need the bottom)
Scissors
1 (per-ghost) white balloon, most be solid white!
Tape
SUPPLIES NEEDED:
String (to hang the ghost, any length you desire)
A black marker

1 (per-ghost) white balloon, most be solid white!
Tape
Step One
Cut the white garbage bag, your desired length. Leaving the seam at the bottom intact cut strips. (if you are using a grocery bag remove the handles and any color markings, or logos. Still leaving the seam at the bottom intact cut the strips)
Step Two
Blow up the balloon. Tape the strips to a few inches from the "top" - the side of the balloon that is "plain" - (So you can tie the string to the "tie-up part"
Step Three
Draw a face one the balloon, tie your string to the end, and hang anywhere!
